In a first for the Association, members were invited to listen in on a webinar discussing the use of analysis and statistics in both the professional and amateur environments.

The purpose of these webinars is to:

  1. Educate followers by bringing them closer to panellists and allowing them to engage with many whom they likely would never have done so before
  2. Utilise the “time-off” from playing football to engage on interesting topics
  3. Create a platform to promote our local talented coaches, mentors and educators
  4. Grow the CTTFA brand by embracing technology

The feedback has been fantastic thus far. The webinar saw over 100 registered participants join us via Zoom – and a further 369 were engaged with via the live stream to the official CTTFA Facebook Page.

While this webinar was just the first, there are plans in the pipeline to continue with a series of topics in the future.

As we want to ensure our members are able to maximise the output from these webinars, we have created a very quick way for clubs/coaches to suggest topics – please click on https://forms.gle/SHzgzbmba7fdETHq9 – fill out the form and let us know what you would like us to focus on.

Thank you to those who tuned in and we hope to have more CTTFA-driven conversations online in the coming weeks. If you would like to email your views, please do so by sending to admin@cttfa.co.za as we appreciate any constructive feedback.
